The Rangers have announced that in accordance with the NHL COVID-19 protocol guidelines, head coach David Quinn as well as assistant coaches Jacques Martin, David Oliver, and Greg Brown, are all unavailable for tonight’s game.
In their absence, Rangers American Hockey League affiliate the Hartford Wolfpack’s coaching staff–consisting of head coach Chris Knoblauch, associate head coach Gord Murphey, and Rangers associate general manager Chris Drury–will man the bench as the Rangers play host to the Philadelphia Flyers at 7:30 ET.
In more positive news, Pavel Buchnevich and Adam Fox are off the NHL’s COVID-19 list, and are set to return after being forced out of the lineup Monday. Phil DiGiuseppe remains the lone Ranger on the league-wide COVID-19 list.
